Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026. These terms apply to purchases from Werk Namla Agency, operated by Bakr Holdings LLC.
Digital products
We resell Tango Live Coins, virtual in-app credits for use within Tango Live. They are not cryptocurrency, cash, or an investment. We are a reseller and do not operate the Tango platform.
Orders and delivery
You must provide an accurate Tango account identifier and contact details. Prices and quantities are shown before purchase. Delivery is digital, typically within 1–6 hours after confirmed payment, although delays can occur due to verification, platform availability, or other operational issues.
Payments and verification
We may review orders for fraud and request reasonable verification before fulfillment. Do not send sensitive identity documents through ordinary email or contact forms. We may cancel orders that cannot be verified and handle payments in accordance with applicable rules.
Refunds and delivery issues
If an order has not been delivered or was delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly with your order details so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including correction or refund when warranted. Delivered digital credits may not be reversible. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable consumer law or payment-network rules.
Customer responsibilities
You must be authorized to use the payment method and Tango account provided. You agree not to submit fraudulent orders or misuse the service.
Platform and availability
Tango controls use of credits on its platform. Availability, eligibility, and platform features may change independently of Werk Namla.
Liability and disputes
We aim to resolve issues fairly. Applicable law may provide additional rights. Contact islam@bakrholdings.com with any order or service concern.
Changes
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version on this page.
